Due to the accelerated trend of transferring most of the activities to contracting companies, the rate of indicators related to occupational accidents has grown alarmingly and has led to the discussion of evaluating and selecting construction contractors in terms of health. Safety and the environment are of paramount importance. The presented model was performed by analyzing quantitative studies as well as completing a specific questionnaire and field surveys, and the sample size was determined to be 252 with a 95% confidence level and a 5% error probability. The test method was performed using Cameo and Bartlett test and confirmatory factor analysis. The results of the present study indicate that the highest intensity of impact is related to the human resources criterion and the lowest intensity is related to the planning criterion. The proposed model can meet the growing need of organizations for a comprehensive model of evaluation and selection of contractors.

This study aimed to investigate the status of the establishment of occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system on environmental factors and employee satisfaction. This paper was a quasi-experimental study of before and after type that was conducted in 2012 in Milad Industrial Complex based on the results of measuring occupational and environmental pollutants. Data collection was structured through a form and a questionnaire. The validity of the questionnaire was confirmed by content validity and reliability by Cronbach's alpha (r = 81%). The statistical population of the study using Cochran's formula (α = 95%) consisted of 100 employees by random sampling method. After the installation of the systems, the average sound intensity decreased from 54.79 dB to 72.51 dB, the percentage of stations with the allowable light intensity increased from 8.30% to 4.70% and the number of gases and vapors Decreased from 14.2 to 11.4 mg/m3. In the evaluation of the number of suspended particles, carbon monoxide was reduced from 0.143 to 0.062, and carbon dioxide from 0.28 to 7.49 and was within the standard range. Employees' satisfaction analysis of the environmental conditions showed that the majority of employees in the statistical community (88.7%) are satisfied. The simulation results show that with the establishment of occupational safety and health management systems, environmental factors in the organization are controlled and with the improvement of environmental conditions, employee satisfaction increases and individual and organizational performance improves.

The aim of the present study was to investigate the relationship between defense mechanisms and empathy on anxiety biological discharge channels in students of Islamic Azad University, Roodehen Branch. The research method was descriptive-correlational and the statistical population of this study included 170 students of Islamic Azad University, Roodehen Branch. Which were selected as the sample size using the available random sampling method. For data collection, three questionnaires predicting the discharge paths of Farhadi et al., Andrews DSQ defense styles and Toronto empathy questionnaire were used by Nathan Spring et al. In order to analyze the data in this study, descriptive statistics have been used in the first part. In the inferential section, in order to test the research hypotheses and questions, the Kolmogorov-Smirnov test was used to measure the normality of the data and multiple regression was used to test the research hypotheses. The results showed that defense mechanisms (developed, immature, psychotic) have a significant effect on empathy and the channels of discharge of striated, smooth and chaotic anxiety. Also, empathy has no significant effect on the discharge channel of striated, smooth and cognitive anxiety.

This research was carried out to determine the effectiveness of aromatherapy in increasing the couples' sexual relationship residing in Sirjan city. Study population consisted of all couples referring to counseling clinics in Sirjan city. Of these people, 30 couples were selected by convenience sampling method and are randomly divided into control and experimental groups. The Jasmine essential were given to the test subjects and asked to inhale the fragrance for10 days before bedtime and in the morning, and the control group did not receive anything. The method of this research was a quasi-experimental with pre- post-test design with a control group. The study instruments were, sex Enrich Marital Satisfaction Questionnaire subscales. In this study, ANCOVA was used. The results showed that after using Jasmine essential oil by the experimental group, compared to the control group that received no fragrance, their sexual activity had increased.

The present study was conducted with the aim of investigating the relationship between students' mental health and happiness. It was a descriptive study following a correlational approach with a statistical population of all educational sciences students (bachelors and masters) in the University of Sistan and Baluchestan which included 400 subjects. The sampling was done in a simple random method and a number of 196 subjects were studied as samples based on Morgan's table. Research tools included Goldberg's questionnaire (1979) including 28 questions on General Health Questions (GHQ) and Argyle and Crossland's happiness questionnaire (1989) including 29 questions. The content validity of the questionnaires was confirmed and their reliability was estimated using Cronbach's Alpha. Descriptive and inferential analyses including Pearson's correlation coefficient and independent t-test were used for data analysis. Results of Pearson's correlation coefficient showed that there is a positive significant relationship between mental health and happiness of students. Results of the independent t-test showed that there is no significant difference between mental health and happiness of the students in terms of their marital status.

Still, one of the most basic and often overlooked questions is about contract risk planning. If the scope, technical implications or requirements of a contract are not clear, everything will be opaque. This risk is for the buyer because it was paid for what was not due and for the seller may lead to payment by the buyer or the buyer's claim for damages or termination of the contract. As discussed earlier, contractual disputes arise when one or both parties feel that their rights have been violated. Managing expectations is essential and requires effective communication. For the seller, this includes understanding what the buyer or customer wants, guiding the buyer to what the seller can provide, and clarifying what can be done in the contract. Sometimes it is to reassure the parties by each other of delivery restrictions and what is not available and whatever is within the scope of a contract or outside of it. Effective and transparent communication about the scope of work, technical specifications and requirements promotes the expectations of both parties and reduces the likelihood of failure of one party's activities that lead to frustration of the other party.

The purpose of this article is to investigate the relationship between IT competence and quality management in Melli Bank branches in Behshahr. The research method is applied according to the purpose and according to the data collection is descriptive and survey type. The statistical population of the study includes all official, contract, and contract employees of Melli Bank branches in Behshahr. A total of 134 people were reported, 98 of whom were randomly selected as a research sample according to Krejcie Morgan's table. The data collection tool in this study is a researcher-made questionnaire. In this paper, structural equations have been used to analyze the data. The results showed that there is a relationship between IT competence and total quality management. There is a positive and significant relationship between IT competence with leadership, strategic planning, customer attention, information analysis, human resource management, supplier management, process management.
